The End,

Sabrina’s Mom is right, get off the streets at noon on Fat Tuesday. We have never seen so many drunks staggering around, spilling drinks. If they are not drunk they are trying to convert you. Don’t even think about going to Bourbon Street, it is wall to wall people and on TV they say things are being thrown off the balconies that can’t even be mentioned on TV. Other than Fat Tuesday everything has been fairly calm and Mardi Gras has been great. It is one more item scratched off our bucket list and  as Mark Twain so elegantly put it: “It has been said that a Scotchman has not seen the world until he has seen Edinburgh; and I think that I may say that an American has not seen the United States until he has seen Mardi Gras in New Orleans." Mardi Gras is one of those things you have to see to believe, there is no way in words to adequately describe the experience. We are extremely glad we came and "Mardi Gras Insider Tours" provided the perfect Mardi Gras experience. I cannot think of anything they could have done better. We had a fantastic time but will probably never go to Mardi Gras again. There are too many things we haven’t done and still need to do.
